How to get to Rivet city right after leaving the vault. This is a support video for "FallOut 3 - Perfect Character Guide". It shows you how to get to Rivet city as soon as you step out of the vault and start the game, without fighting at all. --Note-- Though the route in this video works it is faster and safer to simply travel east from megaton, jump into the river, swim south, around the Jefferson memorial, and get back on land heading east. The reason you want to go to Rivet City, is because the intelligence bobblehead is there. When acquired it increases your intelligence, which in-turn increases the number of skill points you can spend when you level up.
